Who we are
We are independent stocktakers. That independence is the point: when a business changes hands, both the buyer and the seller need to trust the figure, and that only works if the person producing it has no stake in the outcome.
Our work covers business transfer valuations, annual and year end counts for accounts, periodic stock audits for businesses tracking shrinkage, and full inventory reconciliation for warehouse operations.
How we work
We quote a fixed price before attending, based on the number of distinct lines you carry rather than floor area alone. We use EPOS barcode scanners where stock is barcoded, and enter lines manually where it is not.
Reports are produced on the day of the count. You receive a full summary of cost and retail values, with category-level breakdowns, in a format your accountant can work with directly.
